HappiLeigh Hounds was an idea created one Tuesday evening during the 2020 U.K Lockdown. We are committed to providing you with quality accessories for your beloved pets, specialising at the moment in dog leads, collars, and harnesses.

Sophia, the creator of HappiLeigh Hounds lives in a quaint little seaside town called Leigh-on-Sea, thus inspiring the brand name. She says, “Being a proud owner of two bull breed dogs - an English Bull Terrier and a Staffordshire Bull Terrier - I always felt that there wasn’t a lot out there on the market for bigger breeds. Nowadays, people are all about the cute, fluffy puppies, and I think a lot of businesses thrive on this, knowing that a lot of small breed dog owners like to pamper their dogs. I believe it’s important not to forget the bigger breeds, as too many products I see are unsuitable for bigger breeds/the sizes of harnesses don’t go up big enough for dogs bigger than a Beagle. So, my aim was to create a brand that includes all dog breeds and sizes, with none being left out.

With most of my products being handmade personally by myself, I am aiming to do my bit in reducing the amount of products being churned out by the fast fashion industry. Each item is uniquely made with the love and care that I would expect items that I buy to have.”
